Architectural Approvals Are Required For Any Exterior Improvement

If you are planning to paint your home’s exterior, add new siding, change the landscaping, replace shingles, or perform any other exterior improvements, please email details and available documents to PacificHollow@gmail.com. Our Architectural Committee will approve or suggest changes to conform to Pacific Hollow Covenants.

Please include the following details when submitting improvements for approval:
1) Resident’s Name
2) Resident’s Address
3) Phone Number
4) A description of the improvement including material colors/names, plans, cut sheets, and a description of the planned work. Anticipated start and end dates are also helpful.
